Failed FTT and felt like 'Try Number One' of BTT all over again. Even the bit where I bought a snack after the test to cheer myself up. Not to mention 'the walk of doom' back to the station and the loser bus ride back home.

Deciding what to do next has never been such a ... game. We have issues, Leo and I. This making a decision thing goes from amusing to 'this is madness' (as quoted from 300 LOL fine, it isn't that funny) to 'holy macroons we've just wasted an hour doing nothing' , though it's just plain amusing to him, or so he claims. Choosing to only let me decide things just because it's amusing to see me frustrated! This shall not go on. LOL. I will be even cooler and more nonchalent than him.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was spent mostly with the family, Wenyan and Joeyboy. A lot of it was spent on eating and talking and eating some more. Drinking was excluded because we barely had enough money to spend on food. On a slightly more loserish note, I caught 4 movies and a flu in between the 2 days. Whoopeedoo what else is new.

I bought a cd for myself today. Thus fulfilling my 'give yourself and receive from others' Christmas saying.

School will start on Monday with I suspect, little aplomb and much anxiety.

Chalet had its moments and I'm missing those people, something I've not done for a long while. But I realised I've gotten less tolerant of hygiene compromising toilets. Comes with old age. After some experimentation, I concluded that sitting at the beach is something decent to do for your personal well-being now with the pukka weather. Do not attempt cutting the grass patches in slippers though. The mud in the grass seem to have properties of glue. (Sidenote; seeking temporary isolation from others isn't out of unhappiness, but simply because being alone will make one happier at that moment.)

Doing the crazy running thing with Leo for nick and nora's infinite playlist was worth it. The movie retained it's realness though I sometimes paid more attention to the background songs more than the scenes.

I choked on my saliva twice in the same night, rendering me breathless and retarded. And it wasn't because I was distracted. It seems that I just can't walk and swallow at the same time. Another random thing, I prefer soft jackfruits to crunchy ones.

Today. Wore my metallic leather looking black leggings today and it got very molested by Kevin's hands. Starbucks free drink giveway was attended most enthusiastically by Wenyan, Emma and I. Had anything and everything talk at the bench with Leo again till Dad called and blew my ears off for reasons that are same old same old. The 3 weeks 'break' is here! Time for me to have at last my 1 day proper work experience.

Twillight is not a piece of literature, nor can it possibly be the best series ever. It's a non-literary marvel. An awkward messy too good to be true phenomenon. I can take it as a light read and a mindless romance but I can't stand people treating it as a well-written story cause it simply isn't. That said, I want to watch the movie. Cause despite being a literary snob, I'm not a film snob. LOL
