KLKLKL!

Muar's bus station at 830am, leaving for KL.

KL!
Walking down the street like the prima donna travellers like we are. Lost count of the number of stares, especially with Celest and her straw hat. (there's a picture, but she might keel me) They all thought Joboy's orange nike bag was some kind of miracle bag which had endless space cause I managed to squeeze all of my shopping in it as well.

Capitol's hotel room toilet. Just literally a street/road away from sungeiwong??- KL's fareastplaza+bugis.

After a day of shopping, 2 heads of hair cut and styled.

At A&W! They took pity on me and allowed me to taste curly fries once more.

After another day of shopping, Liting gets her hair cut and styled as well.
Evidently, in front of Pavilion (which pawns Paragon anyday)

After 6hours of Redbox.

Words seem insignificant when they are blatantly pointless blabber. The real deal, shall remain locked in my cabinet.

"Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket--safe, dark, motionless, airless--it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable."

-C.S Lewis

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable.
It opens your chest and it oepns up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up.
You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you.
They didn't ask for it.
They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore.
Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart.
It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love."
-Neil Gaiman

I miss reading something other than notes notes and more notes.
Will be back in full unstoppable boring force soon.

I am tired of supressing everything else I want to do for the sake of studying. Sitting down seems like a chore, especially in a cold dank room deprieved of music. I berate myself everytime I allow myself to get distracted, but after the first half an hour, the act of reading and memorising becomes an undignified blur.

Catching the match last night online was interesting. The 'chatbox' on the same page was filled with worldwide crap throughout the match. From arguing whether Russia was part of Asia to if Ronaldo was going to get any even if Portugal lost the match. Like I said, crap. GERMany striked fast and hard and I can't hate them even if I wanted to. My heart always supports the losing team. O well, that can't be helped.

To temporarily nurse my brother's heartache of losing his phone and the 300 over songs in it, I kindly decided to reimburse his lost with my Samsung MP3 player that I had but never really used. Unfortch, that also led both of us to realize that I had misplaced it sometime during the few months. Obviously, this called for another ransacking mission for us, the miserable fools that we were. It was only midway through the search when I finally heard what the radio has been blasting away for the past minute or so. The Bravery's 'An Honest Mistake'. How apt. How extremely not helpful. How the heek can I lose an MP3 player in my own house?? I mean, it was touchscreen for gawd's sake! Right, so, the studying is going almost as well as the search. Which means, it's going nowhere. Other than that, ever since the last update which was hours and hours ago, everything's good and well.

I took a london cab today!

My dad made me realise there is no reason for reason to exist. The authority parents have warrents everything else redundant. Alas, my pooling nights are numbered. It was great while it lasted. Goodbye cuestick of which I've held and caressed so tenderly. Goodbye shiny balls of glory. Goodbye touch of mine which actually I never had, so no need for the goodbye but goodbye just the same. Just, ask me to pool when the sun's still in the sky. LOL.

Gerrard sharing the same bunk with me. ^^

For all those who have been wondering and those who don't care, this is how the sleeping train I've been so excited over looks like. It was quite an experience, with the korean dude on top of my bunk snoring, his wife puking, the toilet door which is right next to my bunk opening and closing and the thundering roar of the rails that finally lulled me to sleep. How apt that I was reading 'Atlas shrugged' by Ayn rand whilst on it.

Such as it is the shortness and abruptness of life.

I've decided that if I were ever to have 2 cats, I would name them Hawty and Shawty. Honestly, thinking that up made me laugh for a good 2minutes. Still am laughing. This is definately not textbook material that can be found in Consumer Behaviour, unless there's a chapter for 'The weird, the strange and freaky behaviour of emotionally stunted teens'. I think not.

War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy

"Love hinders death. Love is life. All, everything that I understand, I understand because I love. Everything is united by it alone. Love is God, and to die means that I, a particle of love, shall return to the general and eternal source.” These thoughts seemed to him comforting. But they were only thoughts. Something was lacking in them, they were not clear, they were too one-sidedly personal and brain-spun. And there was the former agitation and obscurity.
Day trip to Melaka!

You cannot get more touristy than this.

At the Musuem in which we took more pictures of ourselves than the artefacts.

Too inspired by the displays of weapons.

Not something which happens often, unless there's a hot guy on display or something.

How Liting arrived in Melaka.

How I arrived in Melaka.

Look, the sky! -.-

At the playground.
Mary Poppins inspired. (no other reasons I can come up with)

Peeping at monks. LOL

Muar and KL will be up next.
One of my favourite pictures of Muar.

For the whole of this entire week, my body has been devoid of work.Instead, it is filled with idle chit chat, consumed with some alcohol and after today, brimming with popcorn.
Muscles were unexpectedly put to work at badminton with Joeyboy and gang yesterday. Had a funny time laughing at Jared's star jumps and felt better about my own lack of proper skills.Went to AcidBar with the girls at night. Had decent accoustic set going on and from our camwhoring efforts, good lighting too.
Caught 'The happening' with Leo today, and since it was not happening enough, we went to buy tickets for 'The Hulk' right after that of which he was darn excited for. He cooed and ooed at everything during the start. E V E R Y T H I N G. With the combination of too much popcorn, venti Javachip and the movie, we finally felt...happening. I should stop trying to use the word.
Okay, next week shall be different. Next week, I shall embrace Consumer behaviour and deceive my brain into thinking that I actually care about it.

PulauUbin-ChangiAirport-MarinaSquare.
The people who showed up. Collage done by Leeyan.
Preliminary group shot, and please ignore the 3 crazies at the corner.

Boarding time! with some nasilemark waitresses

They were all impressed that we could eat NasiLemark while we walk. Hungry people= Skilled people.
04?

A pack of sweaty exhausted people.

Popeyes! Like a bunch of secondary school people.

At Marina Sq.

The shot that made everyone laugh.

Note player C score. HEHEHE

Many stoopid funny things happened. Like how Liting fell off trying to get off the trolley even after I've stopped it. Or how we'd cheer 'SP DMC04' everytime one of us striked, but if we hit the drain we'd cheer 'NPNP', super childish I know. The day ended at the Loof with Liting, Trixia and Yingying drinking and chilling at a nice alcove of big pillows and leather mattress, sharing and gossiping. And yes, the moon was nice that night.

Now, I'm tired and have chosen to stick at home for a day of CONB and LAW.
DEEP MOMENT TIME
'The truth is, stillness is an idea. It's the thought of friendly, welcoming lights still shining in all the places we've been forced to abandon.' (the raw shark text by steven hall)
