Show me anyone who spent 20minutes figuring out how to extract sound out of their Ipod and I'll show you an eejit. That's what happened to me and then I realized I hadn't uploaded my songs in the manner I'm suppose to and I still can't figure out how to upload songs into my Ipod shuffle. Thanks Apple, I now feel dumber than when I failed my BTTs.
