paper thin lies

I'm meeting my group of secondary 2 kids tomorrow outside of school for the first time to plan for YOG and I'm sure of 5 things that are inevitable and fated to happen;

1. I'm going to be forced to treat them lunch which will include them interrogating me on my darkest, most personal secrets.

2. My font as the all wise mentor will either crumble to bits OR

3. I will once again emerge as some kind of genius they've not come close to ever in their young lives.

4. They will, I repeat, TRY TO WEAR ME DOWN but

5. I will, I repeat, NOT LET THEM.

Aside from all of that, I'm looking forward to bullying them outside the safety and confines of school. I mean, 10 of them and 1 of me? PFFT. (Yeah, trying so hard isn't cutting it. It's clear I'm feeling quite chicken shit about the whole thing.)
