Most of the time, being myself just isn't enough. I have to be someone who likes phone conversations, someone who naturally resumes the role of a leader, someone who smiles when it's needed though you don't feel like it. Basically, things that don't matter to you, matters to someone else and there's nothing much left to say 'cept to do it.
