Tokyo had many moments worth remembering. Strangely, it was those hours I spent alone that meant most to me. I took such thrill in pretending that I was a fellow Tokyoite, being able to take the trains without the aid of a map and walking around like I had places to go to. 10 days was just about long enough though. I missed home, the 29 degrees weather (as opposed to 0 degrees) and being rude again. At the Indian restaurant just now, I nodded my head politely and said 'hai, thank you' as if I was still in Tokyo.
