paper thin lies

shania went for the ride when dad fetched me to kianying's house today.
during the ride,i was engaged in this enchanting conversation with this 6 and a 1/2 year old girl of why she disliked farah,fang tang and wei hui (ok,the names are strange cause i completely forgotten what they were) so much.
she said she couldn't stand farah cause she always tried to vy the attention of selene (shania best best bestest friend of whom she has known for all of 3 months) when shania is not on the same school bus back home.
so i asked,why not make friends with farah as well? then you 3 can be a jolly trio!
a little frustrated she replied,cause selene is MY best friend.
AHHH,oookkay....that explains it.
coolly,she went on to beat up on the qualities of the other 2 girls.
fang tang apparently talk talk talk talk and talk even during lesson and *gasps of air* ALLL her group members also don't like her.
she then kindly went on to elaborate that they were grouped into yellow,green,blue and red groups.
i went,OOH..so ALLL of you cannot stand her ar? then tell teacher la.
she was like,tell teacher also no use,she just continue to talk talk and talk. *gesturing with her fingers the beak action*
irritation eroded in her features but i guess this was a good therapy session for her cause she went on to *bitch* about wei hui who cried at the drop of the pin.
in shania's words,'she everything then BOO HOOO .. WOO HOO *rubs her eye roughly* everytime cry.'
i chose not to say anything now but appear to look concern and shock.
shania,oblivious to my reaction or lack thereof,went on to tell me about her music room which has,AIR CON.
i'm absolutely baffled upon the performance i've just witnessed.
yet,it seems eerily familiar as well.
i guess this bitching,trying to tah han people you don't like is just another rite of passage for everyone.
but when this kind of thing is considered perfectly normal and something we all go through and will always do,the world is really twisted.
