It was nice to walk home with any need to rush or any need to follow a certain route.
So,I took the longest route that I liked.
Usually,if I walked home from HM,I'd choose Route 1. (the shortcut)
Or even Route 2 or 3,which sees me passing by Punggol CC.
But today,I took Route 4.
I passed by Punggol CC,the soccer field,the field near Buangkok station and Hougang Green.
Got real disappointed when I saw people again.
Hahs.
It must have been a pretty emo sight for people I walked passed cause I was in total emo get up today.
Black skinnies,Skull tee,Black converse and a huge black leather backpac.
But inside I was happy and contented.
I loved the present right there and then.
Dashboard Confessional make good walking-back-home-in-the-rain music too.
A little hopeful,a little sad and just the right amount of emotions.
Surprisingly,my sockless feet in my converse shoes felt warm the entire way.
hahs.
So,I just hummed along to dashboard and did a skip here and there.
SO NOT EMO LA.

I loved the lane opposite the field cause it was near deserted most of the time.
The walk lasted for about 45minutes and by the time I got home I was mostly drenched.
Had to put up with lots of disapproving stares today though,cause of my outfit.
No aunty even wanted to sit next to me on the train.
Seriously,a shoe can make or break an outfit.
If I had just worn flip flops along with my clothes,I won't have been labelled as emo.
But because of my shoes,I suddenly turned emo.
All my friends said I looked like that,my emo friend said I looked emo and even my brother said I looked emo.
Nahs.
Being emo is just way too depressing.
But its good 'intimidation' methods though,especially to aunties.
LOL
Imagined if I had put on eyeliner,the rain would have so washed it down my face.
LOL.
Then I could start scaring little kids off as well.
hehaho.
